Positive: As far as check in - I walked into the office and Joanie handed over the keys, directions to the house, charged for the nightly per person tax and sheets and towels, and we were on our way. The pool and patio area were awesome. Laundry facilities were perfect. Kitchen was well equipped. Figs and grapes growing in the garden were a bonus. House and neighborhood seemed very safe and secure. Close enough to a great market to walk to get groceries. Also super close to the main area of L'Estartit to allow for beach days and nice dinners out with very little driving. Also not too far from some other great towns/beaches. Temperatures in the home were just right - we did run the AC a couple times to cool things off before bed, which is a nice feature.

Negative: One of the double beds needs to be replaced. Also the bedframes are pretty squeaky. If you get the bed that's firm and quiet - you're all good. But the other double and the singles are not so good. Also - while having a fig tree and grapes is awesome - the trees are messy and lots of flies and wasps congregate on the fallen fruit - so we just cleaned up a bit each day to keep things neat. Also, while the house was pretty clean, it could have been just a bit cleaner. Like - if you wore white socks on the tile floors - your socks got dirty. Also, the patio seemed pretty dusty probably from the Saharan dust? But the place was clean - we're just a bit picky I think. Place was 9 out of 10 for sure and would have been 10 of 10 if not for a couple of the beds being a bit rough.

Summary: Great pool area close to everything in safe and secure neighborhood.
