Villa is located in the quiet and safe community of La Colina, just beside green Fuerteventura Golf club, with nice view to Caleta bay. As the villa is on the first row of the community building complex, you will enjoy open space and sea view. It has 3 bedrooms, a big living room as well a dining room in glass terrace, two cozy patios and hot tub for relaxation. Big cable TV ( including English channels and free movies). Guests can enjoy large shared community pool just 50 meters round the corner. Distance to La Guirra beach 1,8 km- reachable by foot. Beach is white sand, with quiet cove and as it is located a little bit remote from main town buildings, it is usually not crowded.
