All bedrooms are air-conditioned and the spacious garden and porch have areas for outdoor dining, along with a magnificent barbecue and rest areas.

The Salobre Golf Resort is an isolated area for more tranquillity and relaxation, but at the same time it is only 10 minutes by car from Maspalomas or Meloneras, or 40 minutes from the capital. In Gran Canaria everything is within reach in a short distance!
Pool Features
Rectangular-shaped infinity type, roman steps to access the pool, heatable with a surcharge, 10 metres long, 5 metres wide and 1,45 metres deep. The shallow pool is separate from the main one.

Conditions
This property is located in a residential area, therefore parties, events or any other activities that could disturb other guests or neighbours is strictly forbidden.
Overcrowding the number of people hired is strictly prohibited. Except for previously authorized exceptions.
Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Smoking is only allowed on open terraces or balconies and we expect high care of furniture and grass.
A deposit is required of 800 euros to cover possible damages that may be caused. This deposit is fully refundable after departure and it is subject to a damage inspection, due to this, we encourage you to check if there is any previous damage at check in, and inform us accordingly to prevent misunderstandings.
A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 50 EUR for the total duration of the stay.
A dog is accepted with 100€ fee/stay
Failure to comply with any of these rules entails the total loss of the guarantee deposited.
