Positioned all on one level, the stylish interior boasts a large open plan living and dining area with a vaulted ceiling, complete with air conditioning offering a cool and welcoming retreat from the sun. Recline in comfort on the sofas and watch your favourite TV shows in the cosy living space. Adjacent is a separate modern kitchen equipped with a convenient breakfast bar, perfect for morning coffee. All 4 bedrooms are spacious, ensure a peaceful night’s sleep and each are fully air conditioned. In total, there are 3 ensuites, plus a family bathroom, therefore each bedroom effectively comes with its own bathroom for guest convenience.
Step outside to experience the wonderful exterior, it’s the perfect place to enjoy the sunshine that Tenerife is known for. The terrace features a purpose built BBQ and outdoor dining area set beneath a shaded pergola nestled among beautiful well maintained gardens. LOCATION DISCRIPTION;
Located in the popular resort of Callao Salvaje in the Costa Adeje area, on the south coast of Tenerife (only 25 km from Tenerife South airport). Callao Salvaje has everything to provide pleasure, relaxation and most importantly convenience with an excellent selection of amenities that is within walking distance. Also, not forgetting the reasonably priced accommodation and lots of sunshine which are more reasons tourists love Callao.
This accommodation is 600 meters from the centre of the resort, where you will find many restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarkets and the beach. There are some admirable restaurants to suit all tastes, plus some late night bars with entertainment and a beautiful man made beach that was completed in 2012. The resort holds a taxi rank and good transport links to anywhere on the island via several bus stops with regular service. Therefore, car hire is not required.
Callao Salvaje is becoming more popular with new developments and now has a total of 6 hotels open. Sports facilities are available in the area such as a public football pitch, child mini park and pay to use tennis courts. Callao Salvaje is a 10 minute drive or approx 20 euros in a taxi to the busier areas such as Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The wonderful golf courses in Costa Adeje and in the Abama are also nearby.
