On the main floor we find three bedrooms (two with double beds and one with single beds), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath ) and toilet. It has a large space comprising lounge , dining room and a beautiful fully equipped kitchen. It has a courtyard decorated with plants, which lets in plenty of light inside the villa. Downstairs there is two bedrooms (one double and two twin ) , a shower room and a seperate toilet.
EXTERIOR : It is beautiful garden surrounding the house , with grass , trees and palms. A furnished covered terrace, and an open terrace with garden furniture and private pool. Ther eis a portable BBQ and a fish pond.
LOCATION: Located in a quiet area of Moraira , on a dead en street, so there is little traffic . Near the sea and all amenities. In an area where we can find many restaurants and taste the Mediterranean cuisine.
OTHER: AIR CONDITIONING ( Two in the living room and in two rooms on the upper floor). Main bedroom ensuite is suitable for wheelchairs. FREE INTERNET.
