Positive: The villa is spacious and comfortable. The garden and pool are large, quiet and private. There are shrubs screening the boundary to an adjacent road. The road has very little traffic flow. The villa is very well equipped the bed and sofa are comfortable. The TV was a good size and well positioned opposite the sofa. The good sized bathrooms have good water pressure. Unexpectedly, there were bottles of sunscreen and after sun. The kitchen included a dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, two types of coffee maker. There were plenty of utensils, cutlery, glasses and plates, There was a good washing machine in a separate laundry room. There is a large enclosed area with a table and chairs that is perfect if the outside temperature is too cold to use the outside table. This room is also perfect for drying any washing. I would be very happy to recommend this villa to anyone and will seek available on future visits.

Negative: The decore is a little tired but nothing is broken and everything works. With the exception of a few American news channels the programmes were Spanish. The select button on the remote is worn and can only be pressed with a finger nail. Some of the plates were chipped and did not match. The were only four large mugs which did not allow effective use of the dishwasher. There is a crash damaged car in turning space. This means that if the neighbours parking space is occupied, it will be necessary to reverse your car along the access road and around a bend at the end of the road. I have mentioned a few negative points, but overall I would highly recommend this villa.
