From there, you can access the terrace and pool area. Next to the dining room is the spacious and modern kitchen, which is fully equipped. This floor also has a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning (hot/cold) and a bathroom with a shower. There are two bedrooms on the first floor. One of them has two single beds, a ceiling fan and access to its own terrace with unobstructed sea views. The other bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning (hot/cold) and access to a balcony with partial sea views. These two bedrooms share a separate bathroom with shower.
The living room and two bedrooms have air conditioning with fixed and limited operating hours: 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
