Positive: Great location overlooking the bay.

Negative: The service I received from Booking.com was abysmal after booking. I use them for business in the UK and have never had an issue but this booking was a real issue, The property was wrongly described on the Booking.com website and I needed an answer as to the correct rooming/ beds and tried for 2 weeks to get a reply from booking.com. They failed to answer any kind of communication from me. There were no contact numbers to ring, The only method was e mail which nobody answered. My brother and his wife were waiting to book flights but couldn't due to the lack of a reply by booking.com. The situation was resolved by Villa Plus but they were initially reluctant to deal as the booking was done through Booking.com.

Summary: Great stay after initial issues prior to the trip.
