The villa is thoughtfully arranged over three floors. On the top floor, a magnificent suite boasts a king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two additional bedrooms with king-size beds share a bathroom with a shower, while a fourth bedroom on this level also features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The middle floor serves as the central hub of the property, welcoming guests through a grand entrance that leads to a spacious dining area, a comfortable living room, an office, and a small guest toilet. This floor also includes a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, and a wine cellar, ensuring all the conveniences for a seamless stay. Late check-in is possible upon request, with fees applicable as follows: arrivals between 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM cost EUR 30, between 10:00 PM and midnight cost EUR 50, and between midnight and 1:30 AM cost EUR 80. A refundable security deposit of EUR 1,000 is required upon arrival to cover any potential damages, which will be reimbursed following a post-departure inspection.
