Villa Tamsin is a spacious four-bedroom, four-bathroom luxury villa that can sleep up to 8 people. It is situated in the residential area of Los Mojones in the Puerto del Carmen resort of Lanzarote, only 10 minute's walk from the Old Town harbour area, with its selection of restaurants, bars, and shops. It is also close to sandy beaches and there is an 18 hole golf course with amazing sea views only a 5-minute drive away.
The villa has two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, all with air conditioning. There are 4 ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and the villa is laid out all on one level, so would be suitable for guests with mobility problems.
The modern kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage space and work surfaces. It includes a dishwasher, washing machine, tall fridge/freezer, split-level oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, tall fridge/freezer, circular breakfast table with chairs, kettle, and a toaster. There are patio doors leading out to the pool area.
The living room is spacious with a feature wooden ceiling and a volcanic stone fireplace. There are patio doors and large picture windows that overlook the pool area. There is air conditioning and comfortable sofas with a coffee table, and a dining table and chairs. For entertainment there is wifi internet access, a plasma TV, a satellite system that includes Sky channels and BBC/ITV, and a Bluetooth sound system.
Outside the villa has a private electrically heated pool surrounded by south facing sun terraces and landscaped gardens that all enjoy magnificent sea views. There is also a hot tub, table tennis table, and barbeque, as well as plenty of sun loungers.
The villa also has a entry phone system, security alarm, off street parking for 2 cars and a safety deposit box.
Car hire is not essential but is recommended if you want to see more of the island.
