Spacious, luminous and very comfortable house in a village located in the Serra de Tramuntana, a site declared as World Heritage by UNESCO, for it's unique mountain landscape. The house is 360m2, located on an 800m2 plot with a large swimming pool surrounded by a nice garden made up of palm trees, cypreses and a beautiful fig tree. There is also a large garage in the basement. On the ground floor you can find the hall, kitchen, laundry room, huge dinning-living-room, toilet and a double bedroom. The stairs lead us to the first floor where we find three large bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom, a huge master bedroom with en-suite and private balcony plus a studio facing the swimming-pool and mountain views. Esporles is one of very popular village for local mallorcan families, especially for young couples with small children. Everything you need is at a walking distance. There are bars and restaurants, a small supermarket, pharmacy, banks, bakeries, dry cleaning, butchers, paper shops etc.... There is a typical village market every Saturday morning. All the villagers go out to the market to buy fresh vegetables and fruits, bread, cheese, ham etc... Lots of people stay in bars around the plaza after shopping and have a drink watching the children running around the village square. You can experience the real Mallorcan life here in Esporles. It is very easy access to Palma. It takes only 20 minutes to the Plaza de España by car. Also, If you fancy a lovely meal in Santa Catalina where Palma's the most chic and trendy district, it also takes only 20 minutes. If you'd like to go to an unspoiled beach, there is a Port del Canonge. This is the closest Northwest side beach from Esporles and very poplular by the village locals. Mallorca's most beautiful villlage, Valldemossa is right next to Esporles. You can also visit Port de Valldemossa easily. After you drive pass Valldemossa village, you can enjoy the breathtaking view drive all the way to Deia and Cala Deia. If you would like to go to white sand beach in Southwest, you can drive to Illetas beach. It takes only 25 minutes from the house. There is a lovely port portals next to Illetas. You can reach easily all within half hour. Esporles is in the heart of the mountain range Tramuntana, therefore there are many lovely walks. It is the best place to base and go hiking. It is also very popular among cyclists to stop over in Esporles. You often see cyclists having a coffee in the village square. If you are a group of cyclists, this house is perfect place to base. The big basement is a great place to store all your cycling equipment. Esporles is a lovely charming village however it´s not next to a beach. If you want to avoid all the tourists and are looking for a real Mallorcan village life, this is the perfect place. The house has got a big swimming pool and it is right in the centre of the village. I must note here that it is very rare to have a big swimming pool in the central of the Esporles village. There is a big village summer festival in the end of June. It lasts over a week. There are lots of events organised for the young children to the elderly people every evening in the village plaza. The village party goes on until 6 in the morning usually and you will hear the music in the house. It may disturb your sleep a bit but it´s the best week of the summer in Esporles village.
