Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: I appreciated the house, the bedroom and bathroom, confortable and modern ! and every day the cleaner was cleaning the house.

Negative: I very undisliked the way of the owner or manager of the house, to ask a deposit for the check in 150€, I inform Im coming with a small pet but he took my deposit without any communication, I needed to explain to booking to have my reimbursement of deposit, I don't like this way of doing things, the accommodation was allowed for animals and that's why I chose it, moreover if I leave the room spotless and the dog is adorable, that it went really well with the other occupants of the house, that I never hid the animal, I don't understand this attitude which seems to me unfair and an abuse of power to keep the deposit.

Summary: house and cleanliness great, but bad management for a deposit not refunded for dishonest reasons
