The plot is 300 m2 and the house is 90 m2. The ample terrace is just a dream, inviting you to have a drink while you just lie down and relax by the pool (5 m x 2,50 m). The kitchen has absolutely all you need to cook, including also some comfort items like oven, microwave, dishwasher. There is a charming sitting and dining room big space with a 49´Smart TV with Netflix and Sat TV, and there are some surprising decoration details due to the exquisite taste from the owner: she mixes fabrics and furniture in a very original way to create a harmonious atmosphere. The villa is the perfect place to have a real rest, quiet but close to all amenities, as you can walk to the very centre to enjoy any of the typical restaurants & local wine, or just sit on one of the squares to have a coffee and watch the time go by…
