Positive: Location fantastic. Spacious property and garden. Beds and living area comfortable. Large terrace with table and benches suitable for eating outside. Plenty of parking space. The owner responded promptly to our requests. WiFi good.

Negative: Garden furniture worn, shabby, in some cases broken, with soiled cushions. Broken steps up to the house and rickety handrail. Only one socket in the kitchen for toaster ( old), coffee machine and kettle so only one device at a time could be used. Several crockery items chipped. Dishwasher had no salt and cycle not always completed. Shrubs , especially around the terrace, overgrown, so beautiful view was obscured. This is potentially a wonderful rental property but in need of updating and attention to detail in order to justify the rental price of over 5000 euros.

Summary: We had a great family time but the high quality we expected was not there.
