The health and safety of our guests are a priority. In light of the Covid-19 outbreak, we would like to share with you the enhanced cleaning and precautionary measures that we have instituted at our villa.

Through our feral cleaning process, common surfaces such as tables, light switches, entertainment screens, TV, and Aircon remotes are cleaned with disinfectant spray and wipes. The change of all pillow covers, bedsheets, and blankets after checkout is already our standard. The Air Condition systems are being disinfected on a weekly basis as well after guests check out. Free Hand Wash Spender and Instant Hand Sanitizer are placed in all bathrooms and kitchen.

If you are worried about staying in a large hotel with a lot of guests, a private villa is the best alternative. To be clear we are not jumping on these scare tactics and hysteria going around. We believe in a smart way of prevention and how an individual can protect themselves.

This pleasant, spacious villa is handily situated in a quiet residential area just 2 km from the beaches, shops, and restaurants of the pretty resort of Moraira. There are splendid views over the countryside towards the sea from the balcony, whilst the spacious terraces around the private swimming pool are bordered by lemon trees and offer sun and shade, as well as a BBQ and outdoor eating area. Two stories.

All the living accommodation is on the upper floor of the house, with steps leading down to the pool area. A sloping driveway leads to the front door and then into a dining room, and lounge with Sat+TV, DVD, and CD players, plus doors leading onto the balcony.
