Our detached house is situated in a landscaped, well-maintained garden with multiple terraces and a breathtakingly open sea view, where you can find sunny spots as well as shaded areas at any time of the day. It features a large living room with an adjoining conservatory facing south and east, which is set up as a dining room. Here, you'll be among the first to witness the sunrises on the west side of the island. The house includes an integrated kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a FLExxIMA-med Nawapur cold foam mattress and Tencel topper for enhanced sleeping comfort, and is fully furnished for up to 4 people.
In the living room, there's a wood-burning stove, German TV with (almost) all German channels, as well as a hi-fi system and two cozy seating areas. A small selection of books and illustrated volumes is available for your enjoyment, along with some music CDs. The open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven rounds out the amenities. The house is very personal and lovingly decorated.
A favored spot for sunbathing is the large terrace in front of the semi-circular water basin (2.5 m radius) directly on the slope. Under the palm trees, you can enjoy a magical view of the Atlantic and the mountains. Another terrace features a built-in outdoor grill with a water point and work surface. For a shaded spot, our covered terrace in front of the living room offers a beautiful view of the Atlantic and the evening sunsets.
