Summary: Plus: Basic but clean room in quiet neighbourhood close to metro, a few good restaurants and cafés, and some shops nearby. Minus: Paper-thin walls so you hear everything and some guests were very loud around 1-3 am. Make sure to complete the registration beforehand.
