2-storey house located at the foot of the vineyards and at the end of the village of la Victoria de Acentejo in a very quiet area. The large terrace with its open position offers a magnificent view over the valley, the sea, the mountains and the Teide volcano, well protected, enjoy the sun in privacy all day.
A parking space is provided in front of the house.
Great tranquility and little traffic.
Access to the upper floor (bedroom 2, sub 2 and its terrace) is only by the outside staircase.
A person will welcome you and give you the keys as well as all the explanations concerning the house.
Regarding heating and domestic hot water, a 1.4m3 package is included in the rental price. The t° can be modified to your liking (explanations below the room thermostat). If the package is exceeded, compensation will be requested. The price per m3 corresponds to the market price.

Summary: The property looks exactly as advertised and the roof top terrace is wonderful for enjoying the views and catching the sun, however, probably due to the mountainside location and the cloudy climate, the main part of the house is damp and musty. We had to sleep in the single beds in the roof top annex because we just could not put up with the damp atmosphere in bedroom and lounge of the main house. We were also expecting to walk to the local restaurants and bars in the evening, but the hills are so steep that we did not bother. To give an example, our hire car could only get up the hills in second gear......and it struggled! All that said, the location is excellent and if you are super fit, the hills can be managed. Only a 10 minute drive into the main town of Puerto de la Cruz or the busy Botanica area where there are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops if thats what you want.
