When the sea is angry "La Maresía" can be felt from the house since we are very close to it. Therefore, you will be able to see, hear and even smell the sea. Located on the top floor of our house, it is the place where you can enjoy one of the best sunsets in Tenerife. It is equipped with Smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, Nespresso, a dressing room and everything you may need so that your only concern is enjoying the wonderful views of the Atlantic Ocean. The house is in the El Toscal - La Longuera neighborhood, a small town with all services and less than 5 minutes by car from the famous El Socorro beach and trails such as Rambla de Castro and La GordejuelaThe small town of Toscal and La Longuera is very close. From the house to La Longuera it will take around 5 minutes walking and there you will find great restaurants such as La Finca, El Andarife or El Guachinche El Pino. There are supermarkets, bakeries, bars and pharmacies very close.
