Positive: The house was perfect for my crew of friends: lots of space & spare rooms, lots of showers & bathrooms, nice garden with pool & barbecue. We value those qualities more than cleanliness & modern interior design. The house is better for larger groups (8+ people).

Negative: The biggest issue we had is the danger of staying locked out of the house: The main house door & main gate door are self locking so you need to carry the keys always with you. The elementary school across the street didn't bother us.

Summary: Freedom in secluded rustic garden with a pool, situated in a peaceful neighborhood
