Outdoor areas are shared with another holiday home for 2 adults and with the owner’s house next door, except for one open terrace that is exclusively for guests.

Street parking is available. Pets are not allowed. The host has 3 dogs (golden retriever and labrador) and 1 cat; the dogs roam freely, are quiet, and very friendly. For safety reasons, only adults are allowed. Due to stairs to access a bedroom, this property is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
No parties allowed. Quiet hours must be respected from 22:00 to 08:00.
The pool is neither private nor heated.
Bed linen and towels are changed for stays longer than 7 days.
