Summary: The picture is not of the apartment we rented. About 12 hours before we departed for Madrid, we received a phone call from Madflats that the apartment we rented was not available but they did find us another apartment in the general area. The apartment they found for us was fine and we had no problems with it. Communication was a problem at time. They gave us 2 phone numbers to call them, but neither number worked. They did say later they were having phone problems. We were finally able to contact them using the international number they had called us on the morning of our departure. After all this, we did enjoy our stay in the apartment.
