A 5-minute drive away in Chío you will find a bar, a restaurant and a supermarket. In a 20-minute drive, you will reach San Juan where you will find a greater selection of restaurants, bars and cafes. Here you can spend the day at the beautiful beach Playa de Alcalá and enjoy the Spanish sun.

Jorge and Luz Marina, the owners of the property, reside with their dog in a small cottage located 45 meters away from the main house. Please note that unregistered visitors or guests are not allowed on the property. Upon arrival, they will welcome you with fresh seasonal fruit and provide you with access to the house, as well as any necessary information.
There are several cats that roam around the property, but pets are not allowed inside the house.
To access the property, and as a prerequisite and fundamental rule of the property, the deposit must be paid during the 2 days prior to the check-in date by bank transfer, bizum or cash.
