It has two bedrooms, the main one located on the first floor, with double bed and TV, and the secondary one, accessed by stairs, located on the second floor, with two single beds. On the main floor, there is a bathroom with shower and a living room-kitchen with a comfortable sofa and a 50" TV. For convenience, it also has a parking area outside the house.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, terrace with barbecue, refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryer, sheets and shower towels, travel crib, high chair, air conditioning, Wifi Internet and parking area.

The municipality of El Pinar is located on the southern slope of the island of El Hierro, where almost 80% of its territory is protected, as it has a high landscape, ethnographic and environmental value.
It begins with laurel forest and pine groves at an altitude of about 1500m and descends to the sea through paths, hieroglyphics, fields of almond and fig trees, recreational areas, viewpoints, volcanic cones and corded lava that melt with the sea. Its waters are protected under the protection of the Marine Reserve "Punta de La Restinga Mar de Las Calmas".
El Pinar also serves to refer to the union of Taibique and Las Casas, which together with La Restinga, make up the municipal population centres.
