The house is located in one of the most elegant and quiet urbanizations of Olivella located in the natural park of Garraf, just 10 min. from Vilafranca del Penedés and the city and beaches of Sitges and 23 km from Barcelona airport.
The house distributed on three floors has large modern and bright spaces, perfect for nature lovers because of its strategic location.
On the ground floor, there is the spacious living room with a terrace overlooking the valley and a full kitchen with direct access to the garden and pool. On the same floor there are two more rooms, one double and one with two single beds, all of them large and bathroom on the same floor.
On the upper floor is the suite room with access to a large terrace overlooking the natural park. It has a private bathroom with shower, jacuzzi and a huge dressing room.
