Maià de Montcal and the municipality of Dosquers extend over a soft plain, with the top of Montcal that gives its name to the municipality, it is located on the eastern edge of the Garrotxa region, bordering the lands of Empordà and Pla de l'Estany, has the important strategic characteristic of being in the center and next to everything and with the advantage of being in the middle of nature to offer an enviable tranquility where you can enjoy a few days of rest and leisure.
The house is completely independent. It has a kitchen, a spacious dining room and a living room, 7 rooms: 5 with a double bed, one with two single beds and one with bunk beds for 2 people. Four full baths and two courtesy baths.
