This spacious, five bedroomed house is quietly located on the sixth fairway. The front garden is partly driveway [enough for four cars] with a front garden bordered by oleanders, a jacaranda, pomegranate, palms, a Norfolk pine and other trees.
The front patio [illuminated at night time] is filled with palm trees and succulents with a table and chairs for four.
From the front patio double doors lead to the hall with a staircase to the tower and library where there is an Epson printer. The lounge dining room leads to the back porch and garden. Three of the bedrooms have double beds with ensuite bathrooms; the fourth and fifth bedroom share a bathroom with walk in rainfall shower. The guest cloakroom also has a rainfall shower.
