A car is not necessary, as local transport is cheap & regular, however for those that like to explore a car is easier. There is a beautiful coastal path for walking/cycling to Caleta, where you can feed the friendly chipmunks or try fishing. The village of Costa De Antigua has bars, restaurants, hotels, convenience stores, nail bar, hairdressers and cash machine. One mile away in Caleta there are many restaurants, bars, entertainment, a beautiful beach, pedalos, windsurfing, diving, submarine, boat trips, fishing, bowling, cinema, 2 golf courses and the list goes on. The best bit however is the endless sunshine and warmth all year round.
