Located on the picturesque side of the island down a quiet country lane, it has unrivalled spectacular views over Santa Cruz and the coast to the front and the mountains to the rear. It’s central position makes it ideal for those who wish to explore the island, walk the hundreds of signposted trails or enjoy the astronomical delights of the clear night skies.
The large well-equipped kitchen, dining room with log burning stove, unique balcony room and spacious lounge are situated on the first floor lenabling visitors to enjoy views of the terraced gardens and the coast and mountains. There are four bedrooms (two with en-suite bathrooms ) and a family bathroom.
Outside there is a large private garden with subtropical flowers, trees and fruits. The pool terrace has a large heated salt water swimming pool available all year round. Ther is a barbecue terrace with table and chairs and a further covered dining terrace adjacent to the kitchen. There are a range of delightful spots to sunbathe or enjoy a quiet read.
