The building is in a dead end street and has two entrances. One of the back, where there is plenty of parking, a small park and another access directly to the beach promenade, where there are several bars and restaurants. The beach is in front of the building and across the street. The apartment is decorated in a modern style and has a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a small bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Highlight is the balcony with a superb sea view. It is a perfect holiday home to spend a quiet holiday away from the large tourist centers. Bars, restaurants and a supermarket are nearby. The center of the famous village of Icod de los Vinos with the Millenary Drago, numerous museums, restaurants and shops is just 2 km away. Nature and hiking enthusiasts will find a variety of trails and in no case you should miss a trip to the longest volcanic cave in Europe, Cueva del Viento, which is only 3 km from the apartment.
