The villa, with mature gardens and a kidney-shaped private pool, is situated in the exclusive area of La Font, 15 minutes walk to Pollenca town centre and 10 minutes drive to the safe beaches of Puerto Pollenca and Cala St Vincente.
The covered terraces, front & rear of the L-shaped, single storey villa enjoy sun and shade all day long, making it ideal for alfresco living.
The house has a long living/dining room with fireplace. Off this area are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. The other bedroom can either be set up with twin beds or a 5' double. It has an en-suite with a walk-in shower.
The other 'arm' of the house has two further double rooms, each with their own en-suite, one with a bath with shower over, the other with a walk-in shower. One of these bedrooms can be either set us as two 3' single beds or a 6' King size.
Any of the bedrooms can accommodate a cot.
