The 88 m² flat has been completely renovated and newly furnished. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and combination microwave/oven leaves nothing to be desired. The 2 bedrooms (1x with TV) offer space for 4 people and can be darkened with a blind. The bathroom with underfloor heating is accessible from both bedrooms and has a washbasin on each side of the shower. There is a further washing facility in the guest WC.
A home office workstation allows you to work easily with high-speed WLAN (fibre optics). The pull-out sofa and the 4K TV invite you to linger in the living room. The electric blinds protect the room from heat. The air conditioning can be used for cooling in summer and heating in winter. The roof terrace is equipped with a seating area and loungers as well as an electric awning and parasol. The washing machine and another fridge are in the storage room.
